How do I cancel my product or service?

We hope you will tell us about issues so we can try to solve them for you. If you want to cancel your service regardless then these will be the steps required:

  • Login at your MyHostdeko account
  • Go to Services>My Services
  • Select the product or service you wish to cancel
  • Press the red button "Request Cancellation"
  • Enter a reason and select "cancellation type end of billing period" and press the red button "request cancellation"

Our staff will review if your cancellation is in accordance to our term of service. When everything is fine your product will no longer receive new invoices and your product will automatically be cancelled at the end of your current subscription. Warning: this often means automatic deletion of the product and its content after the due date.

If for some reason you are unable to use your MyHostdeko account please contact our billing department.
