A product add-on is an additional service that is attached to main service. For example a WordPress Divi theme license that is attached to a hosting plan. As opposed to a configurable option the product add-on can have it's own due date and payment cycle.
How to cancel an add-on:
Because add-ons ususally require us to manually disable or change configurations, keys and related settings you cannot automatically cancel your add-on from MyHostdeko. Instead simply open a ticket at our billing department and tell us which addon you would like to cancel. We will then assist you to our best ability.
