To cancel a domain you simply need to disable auto renewal before the next invoice is generated. Since late renewals can result in additional cost we use use a due date that is 4 weeks in advance of the actual expiry date. Invoice renewal is set to 2 weeks before the due date.
How to disable auto renewal:

- Visit Domains
- Use the tools to disable auto renewal (or checkbox to change multiple domains at once)
