Solution:
Make sure you are connecting to your server name (e.g. pro1.hostdeko.com) and not to your domain name (e.g. www.yourdomain.com).
Explanation:
Filizalla's default setting require a secure connection. When you connect to your domain there is no SSL certificate installed so there is no added security. If you connect to one of the hostdeko servers directly then you can use our SSL certificate for free. This issue is caused by a new default setting called "Use explicit FTP over TLS if available" .
Alternative solution:
You can manually disable the requirement for secured connections. Add your server details to the Site Manager in Filezilla. Then change the setting to "Only use plain FTP (insecure)". This setting is located at the first general tab.
